  They absolutely MUST do something to address the noise level! It's a small place (charming but small) with the tables close to each other and when it is a busy night, the noise level is really a problem. We were constantly repeating things and almost hollering across the table. With the layout of the restaurant you can hear patrons even from a few tables away if they are engaged in more than quiet conversation. We really don't enjoy this. We have been going to Chow for a year and have hoped that they would do something to deal with the problem but it doesn't appear that they are. Add to that the fact that the service was slow (Saturday night and busy) and my food arrived (surf and turf) lukewarm at best and we were really disappointed. We're hesitant to continue going there at this point.
